I don't know how I was ever able to function before signing up for Clear. Honestly, I wish I’d done it sooner. The whole process was super easy, just a quick signup online and a few minutes at the airport to finish setup. Now I can skip the long TSA lines completely, which saves me so much time and stress when I travel. What I really like is how smooth and consistent it is every time. Even if you only fly a few times a year or hate waiting around at security, CLEAR is 100% worth it.

My experience with the young lady was great. BUT MY MEMBERSHIP DATE IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG. FRIDAY, MARCH 6, 2026, WAS MY FIRST TIME EVER SIGNING UP WITH CLEAR + I NEVER FLOWN UNITED AIRLINES BEFORE. THEY HAVE A DATE OF MAY 2022. THAT IS INCORRECT, PLEASE CORRECT AND EMAIL WITH THE CORRECT DATE.

On Galaxy S25 Ultra, App is excellent and fully featured, offering coordinated services. I was having difficulty scanning documents. Lacking technical expertise and needing assistance, I went to airport and enlisted aid of a Clear concierge who helped beyond expectation, scanning passport and Relaid driver license, entering Global Entry KTN #, establishing biometrics, and NextGenIdentity+ Upgrade setup; then talking me through the app, patiently accommodating my slow learning.

Awesome for getting through busy airport lines. Some airports are super busy such as ATL and MSY and this app and service are of greatest help to avoid the long lines. They could use kiosks at more terminals such as DFW.

Can't manage my membership on the app. They work bankers hours, meaning if you have an early or late flight, no use having this expensive program. Employees at the airport I dealt with were unfriendly. What would I pay $220 a year for?

Awful service. Does nothing for national security except make it "pay to play". Also doesn't make it any quicker since the regular TSA line is just as short. Finally, they have all my passport information but when I show up with a passport card, CLEAR continues to make me go through Relaid verification even though the passport card is a Relaid document, and you can't get one without having a passport already. All around useless, late stage capitalism cash grab.

Totally not worth the money or the hassle. On my last trip, a coworker got in line at the same time I did. I made it through security only about 8 seconds before he did—and honestly, that probably had more to do with the TSA agents in my lane moving slightly faster than this service providing any real benefit. To make matters worse, even after I canceled the service, they still attempted to charge me $209. Overall, it was a complete waste of money and an extremely frustrating experience.
