★★☆☆☆ Why did you have to go and ruin the app, it used to be great before the new version? Now you get notification on changes to your account, you click on the email and there's nothing there. Also is so difficult to navigate the new app

★★☆☆☆ Only in it to make money, understandably that's what they do but to lower a score for the only reason of keeping my Apr rates offered higher, so you make more, is just wrong, couldn't really fault you over 6 years maybe but what you did there is wrong. Other credit reference agencies have even gone down a point, yet yours went down 76 points!
