I see peeps are having problems with, Software+ Hardware My suggestion is 1)Make a note of the version you are using, uninstall Clever-Dog 2. Either you have software to clean uo your phone, or havrnt Supper Security Its free, and no need to upgrade, free version is simple, 4.Restart your phone, Restart your Internet/Router. Lastly install Cdog, find previous versions, so 2. 1.04 4 example u just uninstalled it. So now look for version 2.1.03. Install it Don't update 4 a while, Hopd this helps

Cant connect app to camera. Like other user reviews its asking me to connect to a dog wifi? Clever dog HELP. There are no updates I've checked. Sort it out!

Good luck getting the camera's to connect to your WiFi. Avoid at all costs, a waste of money getting the cameras as you can't use without this app. Phone can connect directly to the camera but that's it. No option to give zero stars.
