The app is very bad. It shows boats that are unavailable for the dates you select, and the prices change from what the front page shows.

Good try but unfortunately not well operated. The prices, at least in Greece where I used the app or website, do not match the actual prices asked by the owners. Got a message from the app that the owner accepted my request for rental and when opened his message, he actually wrote that it was booked for that period. (?!) Needs a lot of work with boat owners and/or management of the app itself until it reaches an acceptable boat rental app.

Poor app. Filter function doesn't work. Despite putting a filter for boats under 500 USD/day, it keeps showing results for pricier boats. And as soon as I set a minimum boat length (even at 5ft!), it shows "no results". Geographical filter is a mess too: for example, a boat in Corfu is shown as available in "Greece", but not in the "Ionian Islands"... Good idea. Abysmal implementation.

Please be very aware that clickbait have NO phone number in case of emergency nor for customer service. There is NO option to cancel a booking on the app after it has started and VERY hard to get reinbusment!!!

I made a reservation and the guy that rents the boat cancelled it. Click & boat doesn't give you a full refund of your money in my case the reservation was €174, and they will give me back €140. The other €34 they give it back as a credit voucher for your next reservation forcing you to make another reservation, this is so unfair because it's not my fault the reservation cancelled, I will never use this app again, this is a scam !
