Great relief now... I was looking for a good laundry service and tried few ones near to my apartment. Unfortunately none of them were giving a good service even though they were charging 40-50₹ for a short... Finally tried this people also. I would say overall it's great especially the way they pack each garment. It looks like the new packing only. I got all garments back in 2 days. I'm really happy for the money I spend on them. It's real value for it. I would definitely recommend this service. My request to click to wash is that please come up with good offers like other apps. So we can give even more garments.

Prices not declared on app... customer care told that they charge per piece and no packages are there. For one single shirt (wash & iron) they charge 49/- (plus GST) which amounts to 57.82/-. Which means approximately 18 washes and u spend almost 1000rs on maintenance of a shirt worth 1000/-. Do u guys wash clothes in natural spring water??? Such insane people

Crappy Service Quality - just by using a good interface doesn't make anyone great when in actuality the CORE Product sucks Three times I have returned my jacket, the last two instances where that they had out massive amount of spray in it because the first two times when it was returned, it was smelling of sweat, and we had to raise complain about sending the product back to us without even working on

Apathetic!! They will schedule a pickup for your clothes as they don't bother to give at least a call when they don't turn up for your scheduled pickup! Really worst !!
