Difficult marriage counseling from different places while using the mobile app. With one counselor I couldn't hear my wife, but I could hear/see the counselor. With our second counselor I couldn't hear anyone, but I could see our counselor. - note: changed counselor due to scheduling.

Volume controls do not work at all, will sometimes decide that it just doesn't like my headphones for whatever reason. Also, I have to force close the app to stop a meeting, it will just keep playing in the background and if I previously went to check the time of the meeting it will join the meeting and start playing the sound, even if my audio is on 0 and despite me not actually running the app. It is wild.

The sound is incredibly loud, and I can't make it quieter - the volume controls on my phone have no effect on the app's volume level! There are no built-in controls for the sound level either. Pretty sure you can damage your eardrums with that kind of sound level if you're wearing headphones.
