This app is part of checkout smart. If ur like me and have both of these then get rid of one as ur receipt will only be accepted Once! For any claims. I've made one claim and have just managed to cash out. The only issue i have is I cannot add my full name to the account it keeps saying 'Unknown error has occurred' and i can't add my D.O.B or postcode - it doesn't save it and ive been trying over a week or so now. Can you look into this please?

Recently every time I click on "my account" within the App I get a message saying "you have successfully signed out" WHY??? also the receipt won't upload sometimes, I have to log in in laptop to submit receipts.

Nothing, literally nothing on the app anymore. When I try to log in it says invalid email yet I can still log in to quidco. Awful app.

Receipt upload unreliable often generates errors after 100%. Clicking My Account signs you out, general app crashes.
