Don't download everybody. I put all the customer details transaction record. In, after few days, can't open it. They want you pay money to open it, without any further information 150usd per year!! Omg wasting my time, n create me a problem 👎👎👎👎👎

Worst app ever it's just a scam to get your money for a very limited tool not usable for my field and despite reaching out immediately after 100 dollars was taken form me they have refused to give me any refund at all even partial one. I have never used the app, and it is completely useless for me, I feel ripped off

I really found this app quite useful over my course of use; however, As a paying user I am very disappointed that I am unable to create a backup file directly to my device. Although the current backup process is integrated with your preferred platform ID. I am unable to back up my data anywhere. I have checked all security settings and permissions and still backup just doesn't work. I may have to search for a new record app. Very frustrating considering the data load that I must copy. 😔
