Desenvolvido com o concreto para o concreto, o módulo CUSTOMER da suíte TOPCON é o ponto de convergência entre a concreteira e o cliente, permitindo que ambos os players tenham informações confiáveis e controle absoluto da entrega do concreto com informações em tempo real.

Através de uma interface simples e intuitiva, o TOPCON CUSTOMER permite gerenciar a entrega do concreto com indicadores de solicitação de programação, situação de cada entrega, laudos e tecnologia do concreto, pagamentos e situações de faturas, permitindo assim a tomada de decisões e evitando ociosidade no processo logístico.

Além destes indicadores, o TOPCON CUSTOMER apresenta:

• Contratos com nome do vendedor responsável, volume contratado e quantidade entregue.
• Programações de entrega com FCK, Volume e SLUMP.
• Programações anteriores e futuras.
• Faturas com contratos, datas, e parcelas com impressão das mesmas.
• Clientes e condições cadastrais dos mesmos como adimplência ou inadimplência e limites e disponibilidade de crédito.
• Solicitações de programação diretamente pelo aplicativo, com detalhamento de contrato, traço e bomba.
• Aprovações de programação com indicadores de situação.

TOPCON CUSTOMER também permite estabelecer permissões para o acesso a determinadas informações do cliente e entrega, permitindo assim customizar toda a operação mantendo informações sensíveis seguras.
