★★☆☆☆ App is locking up when I open a messaging thread that I have shared several documents in and sent/received several messages in. I can't even type my message without waiting 5–20 seconds for the app to unlock. Even when it unlocks I can only type on character before having to wait again. If I close the app and reopen it then I have a few seconds of typing before I'm back in the same boat.

★★☆☆☆ I can't believe anyone would pay for this service or force clients to use it. "Folder structure" is terribly confusing, as a single uploaded document shows up in two different places (three, if you count the messages tab - why can't I just upload into whatever folder I am currently in?). Even worse, this service only allows uploading one document at a time. A 12-year-old developer could put together a better UI in less than a day.
