ClipPack - Order Packing Video

ClipPack – Record order packing videos as proof

ClipPack helps online sellers, retail stores and warehouses record how every order is packed, so there is proof when a customer says an item was missing, wrong, or never arrived. The order code, date, a running clock, location and your store logo are burned into the frame.

THREE STEPS, NO EXTRA WORK FOR YOUR STAFF
• Hold the shipping label up to the camera — the app reads the QR or barcode and starts recording on its own.
• Pack as usual. When it sees the next order code, the app cuts the clip: one video per order.
• The video uploads to your storage. Customers enter the order code at clippack.app and watch it in the browser — nothing to install.

FEATURES
• Automatic scanning, clips split per order
• Tamper-evident stamp: order code, date, running clock, address, store logo
• No limit on how long a video can be
• Outgoing orders and returns kept apart, searchable by type
• Branches and staff with per-branch permissions; the owner sees the whole store
• Public lookup page for customers
• Alerts before your plan expires or your storage fills up

YOU CHOOSE WHERE THE VIDEOS LIVE
Connect storage you already have — Telegram, Google Drive or OneDrive — and ClipPack keeps no copy on its servers; disconnect whenever you want. Would rather not set that up? Use ClipPack Cloud: one switch and it works, and videos play straight inside the app.

PLANS
• Free: recording, order lookup, Google Drive or OneDrive storage, up to 200 orders a month
• Pro: no order limit, plus Telegram storage
• ClipPack Cloud: buy storage from 20 GB to 1 TB, billed monthly
