ClockMeIn: Employee Time Clock

ClockMeIn brings employee time tracking, staff attendance and time off together in one friendly workspace. Your team can clock in, take a break and clock out in a few taps, while managers get a clear view of the working day.

Spend less time chasing timesheets and more time supporting your people. ClockMeIn is designed for small and medium-sized teams in childcare, cafés, hospitality, retail, local shops and service businesses.

EMPLOYEE TIME TRACKING

Give every team member a simple clock for starting work, taking a break and finishing the day. Employees can see time worked today, their first clock-in and their progress against scheduled hours.

ATTENDANCE AT A GLANCE

See who is working, who is on a break and who has clocked out. Live attendance gives administrators a shared, up-to-date picture of the team, including hours recorded that day.

BREAKS & WORKING HOURS

Keep working time and breaks clearly separated. Daily activity and attendance records make it easier to understand each workday without relying on paper notes or scattered spreadsheets.

HOLIDAYS & TIME OFF

Employees can check their holiday balance, request time off and follow decisions in their inbox. Administrators can review holiday requests, manage annual allowances and record sick leave, public holidays or other absences.

WORKING SCHEDULES

Set business hours and individual weekly working times, including lunch periods and non-working days. Each employee can see progress against the hours planned for their day.

REPORTS & RECORDS

Review attendance history by date or team member. See worked hours, break time, attended days and open records, then print reports or export attendance and leave information to CSV when you need it.

TEAM UPDATES

Keep everyone in the loop with team announcements and individual messages. Holiday decisions and useful updates stay together in a calm, read-only employee inbox.

BUILT FOR SMALL TEAMS

ClockMeIn keeps the essentials together without turning the working day into a complicated system. Employees get visibility of their own hours and holidays. Administrators get the attendance, leave and team records needed to keep each day in order.

Clock in. Keep track. Get on with the day.
