Excellent staff, very efficient from the front desk's smooth check-in to the nurses and then the doctors. Everyone in this office is friendly and helpful. There's an in-office lab as well. Scheduling was easy; I didn't have to wait long to be seen. They made my visit comfortable. Plenty of parking!

Doctors just say let the health condition pass. These virtual appointments don't do anything for you.

can't even verify my phone number to login. They send me codes but there's nowhere to input them. This app is nowhere close to finished

The app works, but the company behind it does not. They have zero PCP appointments available in the app. They don't reply to emails, and they don't answer their phones. I've been trying to contact them for three days to get a refill for a prescription, and I can't get a hold of anyone.

The previous app wasn't great, but this one just doesn't work. Message history is gone, errors every time you try to schedule an appointment Might as well go to a physical doctor's office, much less hassle
