I used the application to carry out a residence cancellation. After paying the fee the process stopped and froze. I called a support line many times but no response. I had to redo the residence cancellation again at Sanad office because the employee was departing. Plus there was no follow up from support team, I guess they saw the missed calls. Less than 1 star.
