Way too many notifications for a single instance. Exam result section drop-down value doesn't get reflected and hence the results are not getting downloaded

On notification bar it's showing there is a notification in notification panel but when we check notification section there is nothing. Even kids photo is not being shown in the app.

App keeps on providing notification tone in the background even after notifications and background activity are turned off.

This app keeps sending the same notification again and again. Even if we turn off notifications, then also notification sound keeps coming again and again. It's so irritating.
