I have been trucking for over 21 years. I have never seen a company to live up to their standards like I have seen of Cloud Trucks. They're a company that believes in taking care of Owner Operators. Horrible!!!!! Do Not work for this carrier! Their load board sucks. Most of their loads are from the DAT app. Bad MC # so Brokers don't want to deal with them! Swiping 40% per payout, caused me to go broke. Talking to Bots is getting me nowhere! No, off boarding instructions....but if you owe anything they will take it out any of your payment accts. Request your maintenance and Escrow funds before you decide to quit. Or better yet Don't deal with this Carrier. Btw App works Great!

13% ct fees on each load, 5% cargo ins fees on each load, $2000 escrow fees, they only tells you that after 2 weeks when you started driving for them, bad mc number no good brokers want to use them and no-one can be reach out by phone. You are only 1 breakdown away to go out of business, be aware O/O
