This app is super easy to use. In addition to booking parking, great info on shuttle buses as well as security wait times.

Best way to book your parking prior to leaving from CLT Airport. It is very easy to place and processor your parking spot.
★★★★★Tony Walker· Jul 7, 2026
The app works well, and it makes it easy to book parking for the airport. Also, thanks for adding rewards to offer savings!
★☆☆☆☆Hooked OnTronics· Aug 27, 2025
This has to be one of the worst airports in the entire United States. I fly constantly, probably more than 95 percent of people, and every time I am forced to deal with Charlotte it is a guaranteed disaster. Moving walkways broken, escalators broken, bathrooms filthy, gates in chaos, staff standing around staring into space like they are allergic to work. It feels like the entire operation is a masterclass in how to collect a paycheck while doing as little as humanly possible.
★☆☆☆☆Joe Eaton· Feb 28, 2025
Open an existing parking reservation and try to edit the details. It crashes 100 percent of the time. Now say you need to drive a different car to the airport than you planned? You have to cancel and rebook at twice the rate. This app represents the long slow decline of the airport.
★☆☆☆☆Luis Cuevas· Nov 3, 2024
It is much easier to create a new account than to recover your password.
★☆☆☆☆Denise Beckmann· Aug 19, 2024
Very hard to use. Not logical navigation. Using the parking reservations was impossible.
