App will not give me the initial screen with my key tag. I have deleted it and re-installed it and nothing works. I am editing my review based on the quick response by app support. I received an email and phone call to resolve the issue. The email informed me that I was supposed to make a payment after updating my card. All previous payments have been automatic.

It wasn't a bad out it was just too much upkeep. I like that you could scan stuff in search for stuff but a lot of the stuff that I searched for was not on there. It became difficult and complicated so I stopped using it

This app has been great with keeping on schedule for training and classes at the gym. I had to reach out to support, and they were very prompt with resolving the issue.

The app is fine, however Peak Payment did not cancel my gym membership after jumping through all the unnecessary hoops to do it. Can't have the gym do it, you have to call Peak. Can't call Peak, you have to wait til 2 months before the end of the membership and email them to cancel. I waited making sure not to forget -- that's what they want. They said they would cancel it. I got a confirmation email that it was canceled. They are still charging me 3 months later

They will scam you to the best of their abilities, do not join a gym that uses them.

Sort of sucks having to put an app on a phone to go to a gym, don't even like taking my phone to the gym. Seems like they could just issue you a card or clip for your keychain. No issue with staff, nice gym, just that issue.
