Description

Em 25 de agosto de 1948 entrava no ar a Rádio Canoinhas. Hoje com o nome Rádio Clube de Canoinhas, esta emissora é marcada por uma história de sucesso e superação. Seus fundadores foram os irmãos Álvaro e Manoel Machuca.
Atualmente a Rádio Clube está sob a direção do canoinhense Joselde Cândido Cubas Batista, diretor-presidente da empresa. A rádio conta com uma estrutura física que foi especialmente projetada para a finalidade de abrigar seus equipamentos. A equipe que hoje atua na emissora é composta por dezoito colaboradores, sendo locutores, editor de áudio, recepcionista, setor financeiro, administradores, técnicos, setor de programação, departamento comercial, direção, além de uma equipe de apoio terceirizada composta por engenheiros de telecomunicações, técnicos em equipamentos, assessores jurídicos e contábeis, hoje a Rádio Clube de Canoinhas transmite na frequência 890 kWz.
O diretor-presidente da Rádio Clube de Canoinhas, Joselde C. Cubas Batista, destaca que a Rádio cumpre sua missão social na sociedade e continuará a cumprir: "A Rádio Clube de Canoinhas tem como seu objetivo maior a ligação entre as comunidades, atendendo com qualidade seus patrocinadores e ouvintes, sempre respeitando o ser humano e divulgando assuntos que agreguem conhecimentos, mantendo a tradição e respeito pela região".
