This app is horrible!! Slow, clunky & nonfunctional. Test results from various CMC locations are NOT listed within the app. Its poorly designed. There was not a lot of thought, or effort put into this app design.

Frustrating! Won't let me log in. I have the correct information but still goes back to log in screen. If I uninstall the reinstallation it'll work fine the 1st try... then I keep getting the same problem. Please fix your app.

Never works. You try to log in, but it never accepts long in, even when log In is correct. Works fine on web browser. What's the point of having the app if it doesn't work?! So frustrating.

I had nose surgery doctor missed hole in my nose now will need new surgery on my nose. They gave me the wrong anesthesia. I was unconscious for two hours because of wrong anesthesia. They never let my cousin know. I have severe sleep apnea.
