It was great until it wasn't, and I mean that. They did very well securing the loan and getting me in a house, and no doubt that part of CMG was a delight to work with. Then, when I took the required steps to make my extra payment in my mortgage to be put towards principal, it wasn't. I called to resolve the issue and the lady was rude and condescending, she then said it was my fault that they didn't put it towards principal even though I had called prior to paying and had it noted to the account

Trying to use this app. I have been able to log in once, attempted to access my loan and began crashing. Have uninstalled and re-installed multiple times, and it still immediately crashes

Not very helpful never got back to me about my home loan and a bk I had on my credit. I was told by CMG I had to wait 2 years to get a FHA loan turns out you only need to wait a year from your discharge date which was 8/ 2021. I'm still waiting for the loan officer to get back to me that was 5/ 2023. I got approved by another loan co.
