Trying to use this app. I have been able to log in once, attempted to access my loan and began crashing. Have uninstalled and re-installed multiple times, and it still immediately crashes

It was great until it wasn't, and I mean that. They did very well securing the loan and getting me in a house, and no doubt that part of CMG was a delight to work with. Then, when I took the required steps to make my extra payment in my mortgage to be put towards principal, it wasn't. I called to resolve the issue and the lady was rude and condescending, she then said it was my fault that they didn't put it towards principal even though I had called prior to paying and had it noted to the account

CMG purchased my mortgage so i haven't worked with anyone. I just want a tool to manage my payments, but apparently this is not it because it won't let me register without saying who I have worked with, which is no one. That is as far as I can go.
