Hi, I'm experiencing the same issues as many other users. I was recently charged 2,350 even though I don't have a subscription. I only signed up for a 3-day free trial, and without notice, the app automatically deducted the amount from my Gcash. I already cancelled the plan. I want a refund, also I wasn't aware that the subscription would auto-renew. This is so frustrating I hope this feedback finds you well.
