I am really sad and disappointed about the misleading way my account was debited for a 1 year WPS subscription when I only signed up for the 3-day trial and approved payment only for the trial, just to end up seeing a debit alert of 41500! I had plans okay, I ended up not even exploring the app because I was really upset, I'd cancelled the subscription immediately and while trying to use the app editing function, it's malfunctioning also I can't work with it, and I demand a refund ASAP

I subscribed for the β±3 pesos trial and forgot to cancel my subscription after three days and WPS automatically renewed my subscription and now my money for my tuition is goneπ₯². I hope WPS accepts my refund.

Hi! I'm experiencing the same issues as many other user. I was recently charge of 2650 even though I have an active subscription but for 3Β days only, I only signed up for a 3-day free trial, and without notice, the app automatically deducted the amount from my Credit Card. I've been trying to request a refund, but it declined. Same as all of them, I wasn't aware that the subscription would auto-renew. This is so frustrating. I hope this feedback finds you well
