Much better than the previous version. Every now and then it has a hiccup but not bad. The new username and password is much easier to work with daily. Doesn't always work inside stores for some reason like Target when I need to check it. Thank you for making it better.

It just sucks now. I feel sorry for the employees who have to deal with the tech issues. Love my CNB Bank anyway. They are the best. App... Not so much!

Log in is now more of an issue than the previous app. I've been locked out of the old app several times when they force u 2 do a new password. I had 2 have someone in custom service help me log in 2 this new one @ 1st but biometrics keeps turning itself off for the app, and it's super strict on failed attempts w/ password. After a couple of failed attempts when u finally hit forgot password, after completing it, it will say to many failed attempts and won't tell you when you're allowed to try again.

Update. Issues still happening new app holds username for a day. I had set up for fingerprint. Last 2 days & now I have to type my password, get text to prove it's me almost every time I sign it. If I do anything, but look at my account it logs me out completely. This isn't an upgrade...it's a downgrade for banking apps. The app is worse now. It doesn't even hold my username. Have to type password as it refuses to let me use fingerprint. Have to get a txt msg with code. Have to put # in
