Coach12: Youth Soccer Manager

The new season is coming. Coach12 gets your youth team ready in minutes: fair duty rotation, matches imported automatically, carpool and attendance sorted. One calm, clear app for team managers, coaches and parents.

FAIR DUTY ROTATION
Divide referee, whistle, fruit and canteen duties fairly across the team. The algorithm tracks who has already had a turn, so nobody is scheduled too often or too little. Mandatory duties rotate separately and fairly across everyone.

MATCHES IMPORTED AUTOMATICALLY
Link your club page and Coach12 pulls in the matches automatically, including changes and cancellations.

CARPOOL AND ATTENDANCE
Parents sign up as a driver with one tap, or report that their child is absent. On absence, the duty is automatically reassigned.

TRAINING AND CALENDAR
Recurring training sessions, holidays and one-off events in a single calendar, with list and month views.

LIVE MATCH STATISTICS (OPTIONAL)
Coaches track goals, cards, substitutions and playing time during the match on a clear pitch view. Afterwards you get season totals and a top scorer list. Share the lineup to the team chat with one tap.

FOR EVERY ROLE
• Team manager: full control over team, duties and matches
• Coach: lineup, statistics and training sessions
• Parent/caretaker: attendance, carpool and duty preferences
• Player: their own match and training calendar
Switch easily between roles if you wear multiple hats.

A new home screen for every role. Switch team, child or role by tapping the name at the top.

Parents see their child's duty for the next match and mark absence in one tap. Coaches request cover for a training directly. Players no longer see their next match twice.
