LOCAL WEATHER
Use your current location for current temperature, feels-like conditions, humidity, pressure, visibility, wind, UV index, sunrise, and sunset. Explore hourly, daily, and seven-day forecasts in phone- and tablet-friendly layouts.

INTERACTIVE WEATHER MAP
Follow observed radar and forecast guidance with smooth timeline playback. Combine radar with NEXRAD velocity, animated wind direction and speed, pressure, lightning activity, and active tornado-warning layers. A low-glare night map keeps every control and legend comfortable after dark.

WEATHER ALERTS
View active National Weather Service alerts and warning polygons for your location and saved locations. Optional Android notifications can keep monitoring for relevant alert updates, cancellations, and expirations.

SKY AND EARTH EVENTS
Check weekly moon phases, meteor events, eclipses, geomagnetic conditions, and recent earthquakes from trusted public data sources.

DATA SOURCES
Weather and map features use data from Open-Meteo, the U.S. National Weather Service and NOAA, Iowa Environmental Mesonet, RainViewer, OpenStreetMap, the U.S. Geological Survey, and NOAA Space Weather Prediction Center. Availability and update timing vary by source.

Radar forecasts and experimental tornado-detection indicators are guidance only. Never rely on this app as your sole source for severe-weather decisions. Follow official warnings and instructions from local authorities.

Recent changes:
Radar history and future-cast playback is now faster and smoother. Upcoming frames are preloaded to reduce pauses, with quicker transitions while preserving high-resolution local Doppler detail.
