The OBHS Request Automation System named OBSERVE (On Board Services, Clean My Coach) will forward the request to mobile phone of the cleaner present in the particular train directly with the details of PNR. The Railway Administration will also simultaneously receive an intimation of such requests for follow up. Passenger can send their feedback in web site http://cleanmycoach.com.
Recent changes: Multiple Type of requests can be submitted through the new application.

This app is only for the sake of having an app by railway ministry. Has nothing to do with reality. Twice I have raised complaint regarding cleaning of the coach. And in both the cases, service request was closed without cleaning.
