I'm a professional mariner and bought this for use as a companion to my tug's use of Rose point ECS. Right from the start I could not get the charts to download, nor could I get the log function to work. While frustrating was has been genuinely infuriating is the lack of any customer service. I used their online forum and got a couple responses asking questions but no solutions. I have emailed twice and got no responce. I uninstalled the app and I feel I'm owed a refund.
