This app does exactly what I need it to do. There might be a few things it does not do that an oversized corporate banks app will do. But it's not worth leaving Coast Hills Credit Union. They have amazing rates, and don't have a lot of astronomical fees for everything. Even though the app does almost everything I need; I love going to the bank and seeing the employees face to face. Maybe it's a generation thing, but there's something about human contact that I enjoy versus dealing with an app.

Okay, I have cranked you down to two stars because of what you recently did to Web Bill Pay. I have used Web Bill Pay since you offered it in order to schedule and pay all of my bills, and can see my history. I can no longer see what I have scheduled! I can no longer see when a payee was last paid! Since your interest rate has gone down to about nothing, the only thing that I do now is pay my bills and transfer money to an interest-bearing account. I will be looking at my other accounts now.

I mean, it works fine as an app, but it's the banking itself that I don't like. No matter how I set it up, for some reason Petty things like going to taco bell can overdraft my bank account, but important things like the payment plan for my medical bills cannot charge my account. When I keep a homeostatic level of money in there that's just fine, but on the off chance that I don't line up my transfers at exactly the right moment bills don't go through, but tiny things do

The new bill pay feature is garbage!! So difficult to find and see your bills along with filing payment for already paid off cards. I have given this a chance and I just can't anymore. Time to find a new bank
