The app is fine, and I like Coffee Hound, but the rewards take way too long to earn. A latte costs 600 points, and the usual transaction only seems to earn around 20 points. That's 30 visits to get a free drink; I think it would be more reasonable to earn a free drink every 10 visits.

App won't add a credit card, so you can't complete a transaction. What's the point of the app if it won't let me order? Less than 1 star. This app has been broken for months!

Downloaded app to order coffee, app tells me we are not taking orders at this time. Been telling wife this for weeks. No point in downloading app if it doesn't actually work. App is pointless. Don't waste your time.

Worse app I've ever used. Their website directs you to the app and contains no menu, but according to the app they only have 3 types of coffee; a daily brew, a latte, or a pumpkin latte. I know for a fact they have more coffee than this. Fix the app if you want my business again.
