I had reached level 472 & mysteriously had my Facebook account disabled, I was a VIP member and co leader. Opened new Facebook account and put me back on level 1. After numerous attempts with both Facebook and coin master they were unable to help. Spent a lot of time and money on this so BEWARE. The game itself is a good game which I will miss.

it's actually a great game, however sometimes when raid you don't get rewards the game freezes and I won 475k spins. I was also supposed to receive 71k as the bonus which I never, and they don't do anything about it. Happy to take money tho edit.... I did reach out, they did not assist, that is why I left the review.
