I gave coin flip $2,000 in an attempt to purchase Bitcoin. They told me due to security protocols they could not make a purchase for me and would have to refund my money. They did refund my money, but it took them 2 months to do it I finally received my money yesterday in the form of a check

I am not try to figure this out, I keep getting email after email that I have so much time to transfer my Bitcoin, and I lost the app when my phone was destroyed by weather there for I don't have my wallet address and no one can help me even get it back because I don't have the initial device now, but it's never ending I wish I never traded the Bitcoin bc it's all a pain not a single soul can help me figure anything out, so I'm out

Horrible customer service. I tried Coin Flip for the first and last time. I have begged for help through emails and phone calls. Never got my bitcoin and they will ghost you. Find a different way!! -100 Horrible treatment.
