Absolutely the worst thing ever. I downloaded the app found a location and went to the kiosk. I sent myself $125 in Bitcoin to the wallet that they asked me to download. They charged me $26 to send $125 to their own wallet. After that I tried to send money from that wallet on multiple occasions, and it kept telling me that it couldn't, and please check my internet connection. After an hour it finally sent. The minor fee at the time I went to their kiosk was 56 cents. They charge me $26. don't ever

Worse app ever can't even get into my coin flip wallet keeps bringing up biometric system error on my phone logged into different coin flip wallet worked fine been trying to fix this problem for ages no good at all have contacted tech support so many times they can't do much I have too much BTC that I don't want to give up on ffs over coin flip

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Stay away unless you like spending an hour and a half just to go to an ATM! AFTER A 30-MINUTE DRIVE TO ATM I HAD TO STAND IN A SMOKE SHOP FOR 45 MINUTES JUST TO GET THE PROCESS STARTED THEN HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 45 MINUTES ON THE PHONE WITH THE MOST MORONIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT I'D EVER DEALT WITH. WHEN YOU CAN TELL SOMEONE IS IRRITATED DON'T PUSH THEIR BUTTONS! BUT SHE DID Have THE AUDACITY TO SAY SHE WAS GOING TO PUT ME ON HOLD TILL I CALM DOWN I WANTED TO CHOKE HER!
