Absolutely the worst thing ever. I downloaded the app found a location and went to the kiosk. I sent myself $125 in Bitcoin to the wallet that they asked me to download. They charged me $26 to send $125 to their own wallet. After that I tried to send money from that wallet on multiple occasions, and it kept telling me that it couldn't, and please check my internet connection. After an hour it finally sent. The minor fee at the time I went to their kiosk was 56 cents. They charge me $26. don't ever

Worse app ever can't even get into my coin flip wallet keeps bringing up biometric system error on my phone logged into different coin flip wallet worked fine been trying to fix this problem for ages no good at all have contacted tech support so many times they can't do much I have too much BTC that I don't want to give up on ffs over coin flip

There was a transaction that took coin flip almost 3 weeks to process due to coin flip automatically choosing a very low gas fee. I asked for them to cancel the transaction 10 days in, as I made other arrangements. They sent the transactions days later, resulting in double payment. They still haven't refunded me the money.
