Upfront these guys put up with a lot from me. They sent me the email and waited. I went through the motions and found out I had met some scammers. That email saved me a lot of time and effort. Sure I had a spit. But it's not Coin jars fault. Blaming the exchange for your mistakes is like blaming a test tube for a failed experiment. I hope they don't lose there patience as time goes on. Most of the big boys do. You lose money and they lose you. The big boys have no time for the underdog.

My experience with Coin jar started off fine until Aug 22nd when they hijacked my account. I tried to send $150 AUD through crypto to another wallet, and they intercepted it and deemed it a scam so reversed it. I couldn't appeal the decision, and now I can't send any Crypto externally! All because they suspected a scam which it wasn't but hey what does my opinion count for. I've also had problems with their card where I can't create a pin for it and contactless payment is a 50/50 bet with it.

Not letting me send funds, even to my own accounts. Verification process doesn't seem to work, links to answer questions don't work. I've used coin jar for over a decade, but will be moving to an exchange that allows me to access my own money. This is ridiculous.
