Was worried at first but low and behold, works ok really... managed to move my crypto to kucoin with minimal fuss really... although still waiting for my avax to turn up... internal turmoil in waiting lol... changed to 4 stars due to still waiting on this Avax to land at Kucoin, I have contacted custome service and been told It's something to do with a travel rule.... just send it please 🙏

Any External transfer of your crypto gets flagged and reviewed delaying your transaction. Not all currencies I want as well. The dealbreaker is having transactions delayed. Also emailing support doesn't help as apparently they work fewer hours than our politicians. Lost me money as I went to pay for something, and they took to long to review and the company I was transferring to changed its qr every 24 hours.

Can't withdraw crypto from this exchange to transfer to personal wallet. No response from support to help rectify issues.

I've been using Coin Jar as a crypto on/off ramp for over 6 years without issue. But recently I had a horrible experience with the so-called security team when trying to transfer a small sum to another exchange (something I've done numerous times before without any problems). I was asked to provide a series of increasingly sensitive information about my account on the other exchange. In the end I cancelled the transaction and closed down my Coin Jar account.
