I have downgraded this app because it no longer lets you log in it gets as far as sending a verification code but doesn't actually send it. I have a free car wash on my account, so it won't let me log in. I won't be coming back to this car wash place until the app is fixed

Wouldn't let me continue the wash. Had to buy another one to finish the rinse. Needs to let you use credits and partial card payment when needed.

What is the actual purpose of an app that you cannot use? Seriously I downloaded it, added payment information..... and the way to pay is STUCK at the bottom of the screen. You cannot scroll up to use it and when I click on a Bay it just asks me to select a Bay again. 🙄 It doesn't move if you try to turn your phone sideways either. Gonna fix this? Tried on my iPhone as well and my Android.... both ways this app sucks

The Coinless app connects customers with car washes by offering a digital payment solution through smart phones. The app works on all iOS and Android devices. The app speaks to carwash equipment, allowing customers to instantly turn car wash equipment on and off from their smart devices. This removes the need for cash and facilitates the payment process for carwash owners. Coinless handles the credit-card processing for all payments made through the app. The app also manages loyalty programs that reward customers for visiting their favorite carwash locations with frequency. For best functionality, the app requires the use of location services, messaging services, contacts services, payment services, and more. The app also manages club/membership programs for carwash locations that have chosen that service.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
