I have downgraded this app because it no longer lets you log in it gets as far as sending a verification code but doesn't actually send it. I have a free car wash on my account, so it won't let me log in. I won't be coming back to this car wash place until the app is fixed

As a few others have said, once you start the wash with the app, hitting stop in the bay does not do anything, so the clock continues to go. How many people get overcharged because they thought hitting the stop button would naturally stop the charging. The app is obviously attached to the bay, so this should be the way it works. It may actually be fraudulent to charge for service not rendered. Going to look into as I believe this so almost counted on.

Horrible can't log in.... I used this app a long time ago ...and since then I got a new cell phone number, but it doesn't let you log in cause my number is different. So I signed up and used different email, but then it needs to verify but never sends the code hit re-send like 20 times I never received a text or email. It gives you the option to skip the log in screen and an option to text email or call whoever runs this place, but you got to log in to do so makes no sense just to wash my car
