The website was easy to navigate and understand. Placing my order was extremely easy. I saw my point total for my account and I checked my rewards tab to see if I had any available to use and added that in before my checkout; now all I have to do is go inside and pick up because that's what I requested instead of the delivery option. I chose a time that's comfortable for me and all that's left is to enjoy😊

The app always has problems when I use it. Today I wasn't even able to place an order. It should not be this hard to order ice cream on an app.

Buggy. Got several "undefined" errors. If you swiped from the left it would exit the app instead of going back to the previous screen. The back arrow in the top left corner rarely worked. When I entered my card for payment it gave an undefined error hard to tell order even went through. It clearly was vibe coded and not a native android app.

Back swipe just closes out the app, rather than return to previous menu like other standard app functions. Ordered pick up in app, order was received but no listing in order history nor did I get any reward points shown in app.
