Great and Simple App for Group Collections The app is very easy to use — setting up a pot and sharing the link takes just a few minutes. I like that donors can choose whether to support the app when donating. Just bear in mind that transferring money from the pot to your bank account takes 2–3 days. Overall, a convenient and straightforward tool for collecting money.

I have been asked to give a photo ID and facial recognition from the front and both sides of my face, just to withdraw the money. Not even my bank has ever asked me that. Why do you need all my personal details and face ??? Will definitely stay away and can't recommend it unfortunately

Does not allow you to withdraw the money wot bout ID face and address verification and bank verification it ridiculous!! Had to use my own money have a pot od 160 I cannot withdraw or send to someone as they also coul bot get throught tge verification!

Convenient for collection for colleague's gift, but I wasn't prepared for several days delay in drawing down the funds, should be instant. Nor was I aware colleague would have to sign up for the app and go through an ID verification which they had trouble with, in order to access their funds. Why do you need his passport when I've sent the money to him directly? Or mine? Support were helpful with his ID issue otherwise it would be 1 star.

Trust issue!! Possibly avoid?? As organizer for a work collection, I've just done 2 test runs of £1 each time. I selected the 'don't support collective' donation as there's only a few of us putting money in. And both times a 25p donation has been added to my £1 donation. I can't bear dishonesty! I also don't know how to retrieve the £2 I put in as test runs, as I need them to go into my account, so I can buy my friend a leaving gift! I think I'll have to abandon this app! Giving me bad vibes!
