Such a fantastic app for collecting funds. I used it to collect donations for our primary school teacher's maternity present. Super easy to set up and transfer funds to my own account and export the individual messages from parents and carers. Highly recommend.

Convenient for collection for colleague's gift, but I wasn't prepared for several days delay in drawing down the funds, should be instant. Nor was I aware colleague would have to sign up for the app and go through an ID verification which they had trouble with, in order to access their funds. Why do you need his passport when I've sent the money to him directly? Or mine? Support were helpful with his ID issue otherwise it would be 1 star.

Does not allow you to withdraw the money wot bout ID face and address verification and bank verification it ridiculous!! Had to use my own money have a pot od 160 I cannot withdraw or send to someone as they also coul bot get throught tge verification!

Downloaded the app. I had a mistake when I had Google auto put my information in, so it used my email as my first name. I asked for help, they replied "we can fix it, but we're only located in the UK so your account won't work sorry". First of all, I'm in the US but go to the UK often. Second, it says 175 countries, it allows you to pick the United States and what state when making your account. Why have it there in the first place if I'm going to be denied for not being in the UK? Just why?
