Doesn't mention there are no settlements for the UK, asks you questions about apps you've probably used because these phones are too smart and listening and learning from us all the time and then once you pay it brings up all places no ons heard about or can't get settlement from, nothing for uk. WASTE OF MONEY FUMMING

Extremely poor customer service. I contacted the company on 20 August to cancel my subscription and request a full refund after discovering that the service/content was not suitably relevant to customers based in the UK. This was not clear to me when I subscribed. I received no response, so I followed up again on 26 August. Still nothing. I have now had to contact them for a third time on 17 September, nearly a month after my original request, and I am still waiting for confirmation of my refund
