This app is a pain. Nothing ever updates, it keeps changing my auto-pay settings. When I try to edit the auto-pay settings it never updates and just does whatever it wants. There are time when I try to log in, and it just perpetually loads. Please make this app better I am trying to give you money, and you are making it difficult.

I have had this app installed for months and not ONCE have I been able to log in. It keeps on loading for an eternity and then gives me a "something went wrong" popup at the end. I can log in just fine when I am using the website, so I do not understand what the issue might be. I also called the support number and that wasn't much help either

Tried calling the helpline, and I was given an AI that just hung up on me repeatedly after telling me no one was available to help me despite the fact that the AI is supposed to be there to help. It's disgusting that company's hide behind AI, so they don't actually have to have an actual helpline. Because AI doesn't know how to help people it just says oh sorry no one is available.
