I am color-blind, so this app is essential for me. The term "color-blind" is a bit misleading because it doesn't mean I can't see colors; it means that many of the colors I see are different from those seen by someone with normal color vision. This app helps me identify various colors, allowing me to determine important information such as identifying a yellow banana, a red tomato, or an orange, which helps me determine if the food I want is ripe. Before this app, I had to ask for help.

I have had this app for years. As a colorblind person and artist, I find it invaluable. I use it, e.g., to tell me if appliance lights are red or green, and can get the HSV (hue saturation value) identifiers for colors. I also like that it gives the shades fun names.

App keeps nagging for review. If you want an app to get colors from photos and phone camera this app will do it. There are options to edit the colors, change the color space and color reference.

Iv used this as I'm red green color blind. Such a shame that on a picture on android screen it simply will not tell the color ? Yes it grabs it but doesn't say what it is. It is thus useless. Simply want the name of the color, and it doesn't work. Why on earth is this feature not present when it works via the camera.

No way to pause after grabbing a color. It runs nonstop, so after you grab a color it keeps grabbing everything it sees even while you are looking at the menu or just turning your camera around to look at it. I can't get it to stop, so the color hex code it identified is instantly gone. The help menu says the colors are saved in the toolbox tab but there are dozens of colors in there from all the extra things it saw, and it's extremely difficult to figure out which one is the one I wanted.

Bad camera. The camera showed everything in the wrong shades. The picture in the camera looked completely different from what the actual color is. I showed it green, and it said it was gray showed it orange and said it was red
