Will this app be updated to allow usage for the newer Sherwin Williams Color Snap Match Pro tool? I recommend this app to all of my customers at SW and if the new tool isn't compatible with this app, it's going to be a real disappointment. I want to keep recommending your app!

So far, so good. Granted, it would be nice if it gave us the sheen as well. I have used another "color finder" app, and it gave sheen as well. It does find close matching colors, though.

This thing absolutely refused to connect to my Galaxy S9+ that's well within the updated category for this pos. It connected instantly to my wife's IPhone. Before figuring out that my wife's phone would work, I sent 6 messages to customer support and 3 days later, still haven't received any response. Customer service is absolute trash, and I'm not even sure the colors match. I bought the paint, and I'll update my review if they actually work out tomorrow. As of this minute, I'm disgusted with it.

This app used to be great. I bought a $200+ device to match paint colors for real jobs, not to be forced into subscriptions later. Hiding paint brand libraries behind a paywall after people already bought the hardware is ridiculous. I’m a painter. I need Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, Behr, Val spar — not Pantone subscriptions. This feels like a downgrade, not an improvement.

I didn't spend $100+ to be ushered into a subscription with Sherwin Williams, the world's worst bucket of paint, I bought it to match color on my wall and get my choice of paint. While it has other paints, it pushes SW to the top and encourages it for the match. If you really wanted to impress me, you would push to the Home Depot app via API.
