It's a good app overall, but just yesterday my category for quotes and poems does not load in. I've noted down many quotes and even multiple of the poems I made. Please respond on how to fix this issue.

I have been using this app since day 1 of the app release. However, suddenly, all my notes are gone. I did back up all my notes. Sadly, it was never retrieved. I feel sad. Because I save all the important dates and other important files on this note. Now, all notes are gone. You can't count on this app for your important files. It's much better to use the other Color Notes app. That app is trusted, and I've been using it for decades. All my files are intact. But on this app, it was terrible.
