You can measure a pixel of color because noone has such a steady hand and noone wants to know color info of a pixel. You can add a 5x5 or a 10x10 pixel average option and it will be perfect

"UPDATE" It has support, great! I do get a popup message when I open the app, and why an update is needed. "Color Meter Free: this app was built for an older version of Android and may not work properly. Try checking for updates, or contact the developer."
