Stuck on a Coppersmith card error. Camera won't open to scan QR code on back of card. Have checked app permissions and all permissions are set, so the camera should be able to work 🤷♀️

Fails to match anything with card window ... often restarts app after scanning, at best sometimes says failed to download files. Just rubbish

Rubbish, as it won't work on my S21 as stated. I've contacted the help through the app and also spoken to the local Tubman rep and nothing......no response

I pay for the color match window from buntings to use this app, and it says device not supported. I assume you mean my phone's camera? Waste of time

Can't even scan the QR code on the back of the Coppersmith card with the app. The camera image is squashed in the app and the QR code is distorted
