I would like to rate in negative had that been possible. Wirst possible customer support. The product is new in my area, I called the helpline number of my own to fix appointment with Customer Relation Officer of the area to finalize my decision, they revert to me after about one month. Then fixed a further date for placing my order, they confirmed the appointment but failed and didn't bother to inform me & I decided to go for Du lux. If they are unwilling, why should I give them a chance??
