Do you want to switch the phone to silent, lower the screen brightness, and turn off the Internet connection with one tap?
Do you want to automatically switch the phone to silent when you are sleeping, but switch to normal at 7 am?
aProfiles enables you to automate tasks or many things to happen on your Android device based on location, time triggers, battery level, system settings, connected Wi-Fi access point or Bluetooth device, etc.

► ACTION An action is the most basic part of this app, a thing that the app does. Turning off WiFi is an action, switching to the vibration mode is an action.
► PROFILE A profile is a group of actions. For instance, you can define a Night profile that switches the phone to silent, lowers screen brightness, and turns off the Internet connection.
► RULE The basic concept with rules is "if X condition happens, do Y profile". A rule lets you define the start and stop profile in response to events on your device. For instance, you can define a Sleeping rule that activates the Night profile at 11 pm and activates the Normal profile at 7 am the next day.
Some actions/conditions are only available on a rooted device due to the limitation of Android.
This app collects location data to enable Location, Near Wi-Fi, Near Bluetooth, Wi-Fi connection, and Sunrise/Sunset conditions even when the app is closed or not in use.

This is a great little app! It takes a little time to set up, but totally worth it! Now my phone switches on silent for work, then on loud when I finish, without any manual intervention and that's just the tip of the iceberg of possibilities with this app!

If you're using Locale for location based actions, stop. Profiles does the same thing, except that you don't have to change a hundred settings. Plus, it works! Unlike Locale, it actually works! 5 stars! Besides, the tech support guy from Locale took an attitude with me when I had troubles with it. I am DONE with Locale. I am a very happy profiles user. I have now purchased the pro version.

Just downloaded the app & I was about to create a location profile that will turn on mobile data once I exit a location then I stopped because there's no option to reduce the location radius down to 10 m. I need mobile data as soon as I step out of my house.

Android 11 - this USED TO BE fantastic! The auto rule for meetings used to speak aloud my calendar events, and I don't know what you/google has done, but that function is now gone, and I have no idea how to get it back... Additionally, the ads cover the content, so you can only see 1/3 screen. I have repeatedly reported those to Google. (not talking about the full page ads) and there are sooo many ads. Ads, ads, ads!!! Now useless and I will probably just uninstall. And they want me to recommend??

Used to work, now it's hit-and-miss. Despite multiple recent updates from the developer, they still can't fix the issue this app has with switching off the vibrate function. So, vibrate stays on even if you have selected it to switch off with a profile change. What use is a profile management app if it can't do the very thing it's designed to do?
