It's very disturbing when you have to wait for an inquiry in order to get approved for a room and your money is being held, so you're not able to reserve anything else until you either get a decision or you cancel the pending authorization. Other than that everything is wonderful with Airbnb

Removed my account and denied my appeal - lost over $1000 in credit. Making a long story short, a faulty criminal background check caused them to immediately ban me. I appealed it, and they denied my appeal and said that I can make another appeal in 2029! That is crazy! Now I'm contacting inflection, which is the company they use for background checks to see if they can undo this through some back channels.... unbelievable. Only convert credit card points when you plan to use them - my advice

Host lied to Airbnb and left a fraudulent review on my profile. Airbnb didn't have us pay but left review on my account after saying they would deal with it. Won't use again. VRB it is.

y'all should stop using Airbnb all together a put these people out of business. Got people setting up cameras in the homes and watching you while you stay, charging ungodly amounts for something you didn't do at all and Airbnb won't give you your money back if they see "the host wasn't in the wrong" ive hear people say they were charged $2,800 because some airbnb host decided to replace a screen door instead of popping it back on the track and because their ac unit thay sits under a tree had leaves.

I'm just back from Italy and I must say that the app is useful. However, some improvements have to be made for disabled people. Filling information about these facilities must be a requirement. Besides, it's mentioned if the flat itself is adapted, but it's an ordeal to know for certain if the path from the street to the flat is adapted. More information, more flats and maybe less expenses. At last, the price for cleaning options vary way too much.
