1 star is too high. Alibaba are useless, the product does not arrive, and they tell you that after 90 days you cannot apply for refund. When you do apply and nothing arrives they ask for evidence, but you have nothing but nothing arrived. They expect the supplier to refund for a product that was sent but got missing on the way, so how can the suppliers give you the money if it was Alibaba that promised a secure payment. They convince you that you are covered, Alibaba does not give refunds.

The sellers here advertise a low price then you start an order and then the price is actually 50 times as high. Sellers have multiple ads for the same products, so you end up talking to the same person about the same products and waste an enormous amount of time.
