★★★★★ The app is amazing if only it could work on other apps such as on Facebook and I would say Alexa and she would answer me

★★★★★ Excellent using Amazon Music, plays nearly everything you ask for. I'd be lost without mine! Much better than radio, although you can sync the radio up to it

★★★★★ She is huge because she is a resident of AWS servers as well as billions of devices. The most annoying thing about her ambient sounds us that she has no easy way to locate the control to turn off earworms like Quiet Ambient Music, which I am trying to cancel on Ziggy, our echo pod speaker.

★★☆☆☆ Unable to edit routine name. Sunset 2 sunset 3 saved by default but if I tried to edit or rename the routine it's not working. Pathetic app.

★★☆☆☆ There is no way to see what is currently playing on which device, the gui is confusing

★★☆☆☆ Keyboard crash when trying to type text. Cannot call other Alexa devices from different Amazon accounts, like calling my mother to her Alexa.

★★☆☆☆ By far the worst assistant. It isn't AI, just a voice controller which struggles with 99% of what you ask. Our family forgets and asks her to do something and gets her standard response that she doesn't understand or can't help and then laughs at just how useless Alexa is and remembers not to speak to her for another week or so. App is also incredibly unintuitive. It's one of the most surprisingly bad product packages from a large company I think I've ever experienced. Why do people use Alexa?!
