How does it day button not supported but it's a volume button that makes no sense to me and on top of that it connected to the TV but none of the buttons work

Doea not work anymore. Keeps closing, won't open up. I have to reinstall, use it then the moment I leave the app, I can't go back in again as it won't open up. Rinse and repeat. Been happening for a couple of days now
