This app did silent the boot sound but also muted all sounds and I missed several calls. It leaves "do not disturb" on. I don't need to make my phone unusable, I just don't want that loud sound when I start up my phone.

Works for the most part. It does not however revert to sound mode after reboot.

Doesn't work on Android Go 13, Nokia C22. The app gets installed, it starts, it asks for permissions, and you allow it to work in background, and then you restart your phone and the stupid Nokia jingle is there again. Nokia, when did your users start asking you to add the setting to turn off the startup sound, in 2017? Six years ago?
