Saw another review that said the owner needs to not be near an order for you to find it, so I left an iPhone, but I attached it to probably about 15 to 20 ft away and took my Android and was able to finally find it believes it's how it works. Now I'm just trying to figure out if I can touch it all under one account, but I don't think I can.

The people saying this app doesn't work are using it incorrectly. It doesn't find any and all trackers-- it's to find trackers left behind. If the owner is there, it won't alert you to the tracker. It also waits 10 minutes to establish the tracker is with you, and not just one that walked by or whatever. It's annoying that people don't understand the purpose of this and then review bomb it.

This app has a specific use scenario, and many of the negative reviews are not Jermaine to that scenario. If you have a stalker or similar, and see something suspicious that raises issues, like someone messing around near your car or belongings, someone possibly tailing you, etc. this may be useful. It's not going to detect everything, but it will possibly detect less sophisticated devices. False negatives can occur from trucks on the freeway. It takes a long time to scan but will complete.

Doesn't work. I have 2 different trackers, and they are 1 foot away and working and this doesn't detect any.

Useless. I placed an airtag that belonged to my cousin and I own a Samsung and I never detected the tag after 3 tries

There is literally no technical reason for Apple to not allow Android users to log into this app with their Apple ID, and detect nearby airtags that belong to them (or are shared to them)... I would buy an absolute boat load of airtags if they would do that. But in the current form, where I'm forced to go and find my iPad to do anything, airtags are kinda painful to use. They could even extend the discovery coverage by having this app work with the Find my network.
